Walleye Fillet – A large 12-ounce fillet served broiled with butter or beer-battered and fried

Jumbo Shrimp – Six succulent jumbo shrimp broiled or lightly beer-battered and fried

Sea Scallops – Large and tender scallops rolled in seasoned bread crumbs, then broiled. Can also have them deep-fried
